Terms and Conditions

  • Exonerated rates of the IGV.
  • The Applicants of the service are responsible for providing correctly their e-mail and contact telephone numbers, if for some reason the applicants of service do not receive the confirmation e-mail in the established term, they should communicate with TAXI TVIP – reservas@taxitvip.com
  • 4 door sedan type units with capacity for up to 3 comfortably seated passengers + 1 medium size suitcase each.
  • For security reasons, passengers must place their belongings or valuables in the trunk of the unit, if you decide to transport them with him, will be under your custody and responsibility.
  • All belongings or valuables must be stored and guarded with due care by the customer, the company is not responsible for personal items forgotten, damaged or lost within the unit at the end of our service.  We recommend that the unit be thoroughly checked before disembarking.
  • By policy of the company there is no refund of money will only be considered the amount paid in exchange for services. 
  • Rates are in Soles and include fuel, driver (bilingual upon request) properly uniformed.
  • Tolerance at the beginning of the service (Home/Office) is 15 minutes after the time indicated will be charged S/.1.00 sol (NATIONAL CURRENCY) for each additional minute.
  • Cancellation or modification of the service must be requested 04 hours in advance. 
  • If the passenger requests to go through a toll road, this will be assumed by the same passenger or company. The additional cost for the two tolls (Avoidance and Yellow Line) is S/ 10.40 soles
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the units.
  • In case of damage or harm by passengers to the unit, the contracting company will be responsible for 100% of the expenses incurred.
  • TAXI TVIP, is not responsible for the ballots to the units that make official transfers, being of whole responsibility the payment of the same ones for the client.
